To ensure customer satisfaction, Calutech has established a 90-day and 6-month follow-up program on each of our units, where we contact each customer to check the performance of their unit. This feedback is used by our Quality Department to provide suggestions regarding changes and modifications to our units and procedures. Quality is a continuing process at Calutech.

Further, Calutech provides each unit with a comprehensive two-year warranty on the entire unit.
