Calutech Relocatable Buildings are uniquely designed for each application. Relocatable Buildings are a flexible choice for temporary and semi-temporary sites. Each unit is designed to defined customer requirements and can be used to house offices, medical equipment, audio-visual equipment, or any application that calls for a moveable facility.

Designed to meet all applicable state/local/federal codes
Base construction welded steel I-beams with steel tubes
One-hour fire rated walls (optional two-hour)
Scan Room complete with RF and magnetic shielding to meet or exceed MRI system requirements or radiation shielding as required
480V 3-Phase 60Hz electrical system with dedicated termination panel (accessible from outside) and distribution system for 110/208 volts
HVAC system two (2) 5-ton (60,000 BTU) air conditionings units with 36KW (total) of electric heat. Separate ducts and diffusers to insure adequate heating, cooling, and air flow/change out.
