Calutech Mobile Solutions, Inc. announced today that it has retained the services of Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. as official registrar to oversee the Hammond, Indiana firm's certification process for ISO 9001:2000 with design. ISO 9001:2000 was developed by the British Standards Institution and is a quality management system that promotes greater responsibility and quality consciousness amongst staff, better use of time and resources, reduced wastage and product failure as well as greater consistency and traceability of products and services. Perry Johnson Registrars, Inc. of Southfield, MI will handle the compliance auditing for the ISO 9001:2000 process, which requires that Calutech Mobile Solutions standardizes its operating and service processes. |

| April 2006 | Calutech Mobile Solutions, Inc. announced today that due to continued growth in the medical and communication markets, the company will expand its Hammond, Indiana manufacturing facility by fifty percent. Certification by GE Healthcare for Calutech's MRI and PET/CT mobile trailers is anticipated this summer, and is also a contributing factor for the expansion. Chet Mitchell, President/CEO of Calutech Mobile Solutions, Inc. said, "Our continued acceptance in the medical and communication markets for new units requires more manufacturing space.
